we kicked your ass. period.
nice crowd though.... we should do this trip more often....
we should see some new members on the board in the next few days over the raid. went well. had fun. got dicked off drunk in another state. i think i even danced (god forbid). but really man, that town (minus the fucking hippies) isnt bad. and they were all really nice (even though i think we composed about half the attendance most of the night).. we should do it again...... nice scenery change, no drama.
and thx to all the people that bought me drinks... :-D

Yes, ye KnoxGoths composed a big part of the attendance, which of course means you all just *have* to come back next month. No one wants it to look all empty without you, you know. ;)

Arrr, the Vampyrates have plundered again, the richness that is the Asheville scene, and there was plenty of booty to go around. I'm all up for raiding them again next month. :mrgreen:

Yes, definitely next month....might be a little tricky during the winter months though.

Besides....aren't those months reserved for Nashville. I swear it snowed like a motherfucker for the first 4 raids, and always JUST BEFORE the raid.

I wouldn't want to contemplate that going to Asheville. Them's is a bunch mo' hilly.

All I know is I had a GREAT time at the 5th Circle. :twisted:

I can't wait to go back next month. Damn the snow of the coming months. Saturdays are easier to do than Sundays.

Yes, it was a great turn-out all around. I kept looking back at that corner of the club, thinking, "Damn. There must be 20 Knoxgoths here. What am I going to do if they don't come back?"

I find this funny:
that town (minus the fucking hippies) isnt bad

Because it pretty much translates to, "The hundred-or-so people who were are the club weren't bad." I've lived in Asheville for ~6 years now, and every year there are more hippies driving us into extinction. Yech. Had I known some of you were coming down early (and looking for places to eat and things to do), I would've warned you against the more hippie-infected places.

At any rate, you shouldn't worry overmuch about having to drive through the snow to get to T5C. I'm planning to move to Boston in January, so we'll only be doing this a few more times. They'll all be fantastic, and you should come down and cherish Asheville's brief brush with a goth scene. :) But unless I can make a living doing this, and the scene here picks up a *lot*, I'm going to have to go in search of blacker pastures.

ASHVILLE KICKED @SS!! I had much fun...minus the resulting projectile vomiting at 8am in the denny's parkinglot surrounded by Cop Cars.
Was much drunk. Maddness ensued. Silly string flew. Danced like crazy, and even did some night time church exploration. I am gonna go back next month even if no one else does...just because.
I didn't manage to partake in as much booty as the other pirates...but ARRGH it was fun any how!!

Oh, I know. We've raided it as well, but you don't really understand the "fun" I had.... ;)

I may get a chance to make it out to Communion this week. I'll be visiting a friend, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to get away long enough.
