Apartment for rent

Anyone who is looking for a place there is an apartment under me for rent...Im tired of the come and go crackheads that usually get places out here so if anyone (not hooked on crack "sorry J.C.") Needs a place its 250$ a month includes water. Its at 1204 Laurel Ave. about a block from the 11th St. Cafe

Yes how large and are there more than one available. I know someone who needs an apartment.

I don't think it is...Of course I'm not certain of this, but I think there is an apartment just like that one next door @ 1208. Basement and all that for $350 a month...or something like that...
