Didn't you know? Caustic's personality is a program, printed on a chip and contained in a cartridge not unlike those that were used for Atari 2600 games. The cartridge is inserted into the rectal slot of any convenient organic host for an instant, odious curmudgeon. That's why he walks like that.

I rather enjoyed kicking it with Caustic when he came out to Nashville. Plus, it was quite fun trashing some overplayed bands.
