apparently in an interview with eMpTy V, she said it refers to a females essence...umm whatever that is...I've been told its about blowjobs...but I agree that's one of the most irritating songs I've heard in a while. It gets stuck in m head everytime someone mentions it...

sadly because of people I work with, I can explain too well what that song is about...it's about whatever you're good at. The Milkshake can be any number of things like if you're good at cooking, then that's your milkshake. I found this out from my ghetto lady.

He told me that was on his brothers tombstone...I didnt beleive hima nd he called his sister and she confirmed that that was what was on the tombstone
