I live in Oak Ridge, pay 500 a month for a 2 bedroom house and my electricity bills are around 120 a month plus 50 for gas...

Oak Ridge Schools are the best in the state of TN, namely the reason I stay here, for my son...

Its a great place to raise kids honestly, nice parks, low crime, mostly smart people with doctorates that work for the labs. Yes, the environment has been fucked with and if a nuclear war ever happens we are at ground 0 but...most of the time, I like living here. Its relatively quiet...nice public library, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, etc, etc.

My best friend and next door neighbor, her boyfriend is in the local welders union and I could try to get you in touch with him/them if you are interested.
