What's your ideal pet?

If it's not covered by one of those other categories, you should probably talk about it here. Be nice.

I think the 8 cats, 3 dogs, 2 kids, & husband I tend currently are good enough for me, thanks. ;)

I miss my past pets, though. It'd be great to conjure them back up. My dogs Loki, Riff Raff, & Lethe especially. And Calliope the cat... she died last year.

I'd have to go with a dragon. Or, maybe a griffin. I'd settle for a hippogriff, though.
I just want something that flies that I could ride on. Earthly animals are just boring. :P

And if I win a million bucks (or more) or actually earn enough ....
one day I will have them in a moat outside of my house.

Runner up would be...cats.

Someone actually likes the same thing I do???
Great White Sharks are my favorite animal ever...I don't know if I would want one for a pet, tho. As of right now I really want a golden retreiver...but if I could have any animal in the world...I dunno...I'll have to think about it...

Kitties of course. :) I do love dogs, but unless I had a house with a large yard, I could never own one. But I must say that the cats are damn near perfect - They are affectionate, keep to themselves most of the time, and make great room-mates.

As a side note, for you great white shark fans, pick up a copy of Air Jaws - The title sounds silly, but when you see these monsters come blasting out of the water chasing sea lions, it will take your breath away.

That and the leech comment are well on there way to making me a bit nervous. ;-)

I would love an Andeleusian (that's a bred of horse)
A sea otter
A shark, gotta go with the guys on this a Mako or white. Not real
petable but hell its a frikkin shark!
An Irish Wolf Hound, but one that lives longer than 5 to 7 years
A trantula
A Sugar Glider
A Wombat
A Jonny Depp
A Snow Leopard

Yeah I could probably go for a Ewan McGregor too. He seems to have a penchant for showing his tush. I like that in a man.

A Borg-style, armor-plated spider monkey named "Whompa".

But I'd rather just have a prehensile tail. Then I could be my own pet.
