I need a name for a new night in Orlando

If it's not covered by one of those other categories, you should probably talk about it here. Be nice.

I also vote that you should call it Casutic.

Damn, hard to believe that Visage lasted that long. Wow.

I like "Fluffy Bun Bun Land."

You could also call it "Geezer's Night."

I was thinking about how it was in Orlando where "The Mouse" (Disney) reigns supreme.

I'm probably a day late and a dollar short on this post, but has anyone suggested

Plague

It kind of goes with the mouse theme...just a thought

I'm leaning towards "Voodoo Lounge". The club is lit entirely in red, and old steel bulkheads. Plenty of seats, both around the bar (which is an island in the center of the club) and booths in corners, etc. The Dj booth is up above everything, accessible via ladder. Small dance floor, which is raised up four or five steps itself. I'll post some pictures of it soon, or at least a link too it.

To answer your questions:

1. I am Dj'ing - I did Salvation and Afterburn with Dave and Dan
2. No George. Last I heard is Das Maschine ended and it went ravie
3. The club is small, I'll post when I know the day its going to be on (either Thursday or Monday, outside shot for Sundays).

Darkwave/Synthpop/Industrial, little bit of retro/goth thrown in for measure.

Hey, I used to go to Visage when I lived in Orlando, '93-'94. Good place. In general though I preferred the Firestone on "straight night". I heard that The Edge also closed down. Where is your new night going to be?

I would call it "Masquerade", to trick all the Vampire role-playing freaks into showing up. They always spend a lot on drinks.

Now I am misty-eyed for cooler towns.
I was born a bastard - and then I just got worse.
