Just the opinion of an outsider here, but this really is the silliest thread I've seen.
So a bunch of KGers want their own forum, so what? Let them do their thing. If you want to be part of some "in" crowd, start your own forum.
And no, I'm not a member over there. If I were to be invited, I would accept, but I'm not going to whine about it if I don't.

If you'll read my original post, my basic question was: "Why isn't there a way from the main page to apply to be on the board?"
I have interest in being on the board because several people on it are people I enjoy the company and conversation of.
If I say this again, will people actually understand it:
I admit that the way I phrased many things in my original post could be seen as divisive, but that was not my intent.
None of this would have happened if people had just simply addressed my questions instead of plunging the whole thread straight into drama country.
If you think someone is starting drama, don't keep it going by giving it back to them. Why not try and, you know, stop it?

Look, Jack, I'll try to take care of your request to be told here, on the wrong place to do it, about getting in, because you did not mail me about it. You want it public, here it is:
1) The reason you were not selected as Primogen (1st generation for those of you who don't own a dictionary, etc.) is that you have started shit with a lot of the people who were invited. Of the original invite list, probably 1/2 have expressed an interest in an invitation only board in the past. The others, we thought would mix well. So, Jack, while I don't hate you, you tend to start, yes, "drama" for lack of a better word. So, there you go. I'm sure that you will respond to this but, as I'm now breaking my policy of not posting here anymore twice because of shit started concerning the private forum which may not be named, I will not answer any more questions or jabs here. 4) No, we aren't taking applications. It's invitation only. When I have my daughter's birthday party, I don't take applications for it. I send out invitations to people I want to come. 5) Making a forum is cheap and easy. A monkey could do it (ibbie). So, you can get one of your own and accept who you want, or accept everyone, or accept no one and just sit there talking to yourself. It's just really fucking easy, Jack, et al. Really, I swear.

Any of you here have the option to do the same thing (create your own forum, that is). You don't even have to leave - we don't mind you being on more than one forum.
But, please understand that we have NO control over any forums other than KnoxGothic.com and KnoxFetish.com. We have no power to dictate their policies, we have no control of their membership, and we can't fix the problems you may have with their forums. (well, ok, I've given a bit of technical assistance to tristategothic.com, but that's all - I don't have editorial control there either.)
What I do have is the ability to say that there will be no personal attacks tolerated on KG.
