I think the parents seriously needed help. I think they had goals of her being a high priced hooker. I think dressing a little kid like an adult is rather disturbing in itself. But thought they were weirdo's I really never suspected them much.

Just complete speculation here, but I would say that the day she was born, they had designs on turning her into a beauty queen. There are some people out there who believe that a beautiful girl must have an unusual name.

The guy they have in custody said that he was with her when she died, and her death was an "accident". Didn't they find her beaten and strangled? "Oh, I'm sorry. I 'accidentally' broke into your house in the middle of the night, took your 6 year old daughter to the basement, and 'accidentally' beat her to a pulp and strangled her."

His ex wife seems to think he's lying, and is trying to write a book on child murderers.

Regarless...if he's guilty of her murder or not....he needs to be put away for the child porn charges against him.

The case was dropped. Guess he was just crazy. I can't believe they didn't have more evidence before bringing him in.
