Why is your state freezing!

If it's not covered by one of those other categories, you should probably talk about it here. Be nice.

Why is your state freezing!

Post by Serenity »

Ok really, I have not lived here in over a year and I am visiting to finish my bands demo with the drummer that lives in G-burg (we had to replace the old one and the new guy is great) BUT it is DAMN FREEZING HERE KNOXVILLE!

First is was oh so fun driving up here alone through North Carolina in the SNOW...yes, of course I managed to hit snow and lots of it in the mountains. So, instead of sliding off of the mountain, I decided to stop and get the cheap coffee at the rest stop somewhere close to the boarder of Tennessee. I was stuck there for 4 hours in the snow because there were NO PLOWS!

Christ, I was ready to strap on a shovel to my car and say screw it and take my chances. Needless to say, I did not get to my parents house until 7am...after I left at 7pm the night before.

So, in this dissertation/rant I have one thing to say....SCREW YOU NORTH CAROLINA...cheap ass state. Like the plow is some old guy with a plastic snow shovel and a broken down truck...and cat litter instead of salt or sand.

Sorry for the rant...
Wired on hot chocolate and completely drained.

I do miss Tennesse though, especially the lights in the city for Christmas and of course Sanctus.
Take care and aviod North Carolina.:)

It's not that cold.

*says the guy who puts on 6 layers of clothing to go out in 32F degree weather*
