Need A Roommate

I am in need of a roommate. I live in a 3 bedroom apartment off Sutherland with two cats. It's nice, with hardwood floors. Rent for one bedroom would be 350 a month. That also covers KUB, digital cable and high speed internet. Plus, since I don't have much living room furniture, there's a lot of space for yours. I also won't be in the living room much, cause I like to have all my stuff in one room with myself, cause that's how I am wierd.

I need a roommate now, but I don't want to be hasty about it. I've had some bad experiences, so don't expect me to just say move on in. I need someone who will pay the rent on time, and won't touch/steal/break/desecrate my stuff. Oh, and only women please. Reply or email me, thanks.
