also along those lines you can go to http://www.google.com and type in "french military victories" then click i'm feeling lucky
you get a return of "did you mean french military defeats?" if you follow that link its rather humorus also
nobody at google did that. "auf gut glück" is the equivalent to "i'm feeling lucky" it automatically goes to the first page that google finds the most relevant. (relevance is decided by how much you pay them)
As noted in the other thread, and this one, that's just how "I'm Feeling Lucky" works. You don't actually have to go to a foreign google site. The same thing comes up with weapons mass destruction on the main google.com site, or my google toolbar. Amusing, but not quite so amusing as this.. Try typing in "french military victories" (excluding quotes of course) and hitting I Feel Lucky, or your linguistic equivalent.
