Cornfield Maze

If it's not covered by one of those other categories, you should probably talk about it here. Be nice.

Cornfield Maze

Post by QueenOfTheFlock »

Ok..I made a post about this on my joynal. I wanna go to a cornfield maze. Preferably the one in Greenback. I want lots of people to go too. I've had a few people express interest in this on my joynal. http://www.cornfieldmaze.com/sites.php?ID=&username=tngreenback
So, what dates would be best for everyone. I prefer to go in the evening just because it's more fun that way. I work Monday - Friday, 8 - 5 and am willing to go almost any night of the week (except for Monday night and probably not Thursday night...wrestling nights, ya know!).

So, who's game and let's figure out a good night to go. :)

I went to one either in Maryville or near it.

It was so freakin lame and disapointing.

It wasn't even like a maze...more like a twisty path through corn. And then their were these morons with halloween costumes that jumped out from behind the stalks (and you could totally see them) to try and scare you.

Bleh.

My son is going to one on Wednesday that is in Crossville for a fieldtrip...

Pharinet, Fairygirl and myself went to one a few years ago. Not sure which one, but we had a blast.

The Darth Maul with cat ears was pretty funny.

I go to the one in Greenback every year. It's the closest to Maryville so it may be the one you're talking about. I think a lot of it depends on who you go with. I've always had fun but if I go with the right person or people, I can have fun walking circles around a track.

I've always had fun at the one in Greenback. Its been several years since I've been there.

I think the last time I was there, I got way too tickled at a friend of mine who couldn't remember the differences between 45, 90, 135, 180 and 360 degree turns. We had decided to take turns doing the little activities which point you in the right direction. I was almost sure that we were going to end up back where we started. *giggle*

I'm up for going as long as I can get away for the evening from work. Things are going to be busy for me before I take a week and a half vacation.

It looks like my best weekend to do this would probably be the weekend of Oct. 22. I can go Friday, Saturday, or Sunday but I do like going at night best and it's only open until 6pm on Sundays. So....any takers for that weekend? If not that weekend, I can do a weeknight too....anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

Ok....my evening on the 23rd is booked as is the actual Halloween weekend (I'll be in Detroit) so my weekends on the Saturdays are pretty booked for this month. Would anyone be available to go on Friday, Oct. 22? We'd have to be there before 10 since I think that's when they stop letting people go through...

So, I lied. Oct. 23 is not booked any longer. That's actually the day a few of us have decided to go to this cornfield maze. So far there is PRJoe, Michelle (Arse), Coor, and myself. Anyone else is welcome to go as well. Details above as far as price and such. :)

Please let us know if you wanna go this day and we can do it as a group.
