Louisville, KY

Well, I'm being sent to Louisville, KY for two weeks training for work. One week is in September; the other one is in October. I'm going to be there during the week, and Kentucky Kingdom isn't open at that time, so that idea is out. I've seen the mention of a couple of club nights, but one is on a Friday, and the other is on a Sunday. I'm leaving on Thursday both weeks, so I won't be there on Friday. My first day of both weeks is on Monday, so I don't think its such a great idea to walk into training at 8 AM in the morning after being out all night on Sunday. I know that there are some people on this board from Kentucky as well as those who grew up there and probably some more that are familiar with the area, so my question is, "What's cool to do in Louisville, KY?" Any suggestions on restaurants, museums, attractions, clubs, etc would be appreciated.
