Then you get this, which is overplayed, and really, it's overshadowed by better Consolidated, which sounds more like Consolidated, such as Butyric Acid. Let's say those two tracks even out.

I love Spahn Ranch but the Architecture album I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. Even with a Killing Joke alumni on the album it stank so bad I felt as if I was downwind of a hippie commune.

What? No way. It's not the same easy listen as The Coiled One or some of Beat Noir (when Beat Noir is on, it's on, but when it's off, it's not really that spectacular), I'll grant you that, but it's still a quality piece of work. And it gave us Retrofit which has some great remixes on it.
