LA/Hollywood band FETISCH to play Knoxville?

Hello!
I represent a popular goth/indus band here in Hollywood...
we'd love to play the Knoxville area!

What venues are available?
What days of the week?
Who would be the best contact person?

We attemped to use an online form we had found on this website, in hope of contacting someone at Sanctus, but unfortunately we have not yet recieved a response.

I'll try to check out the web forms soon - I'm not sure why they wouldn't be working.
