ok so when i got back to my house after a month away i found this adorable little kitten living and starving in my garage. i've been feeding it and taking care of it, but i have to move into the dorm on saturday and i don't want to leave the poor thing to starve or be eaten by the mexicans next door (they ate my other cat, but that's a different story).
so if anyone would like a cute kitten, let me know. i don't have the money to get it to the vet and give it shots and all of that, i'm sorry. i'd keep it if i could, but dorm rules.

but as i'm a bit far to lay claim (and 3 really is enough for my little house), I shall have to pass... good luck finding him/her a home...

Is this a racial slur?? I want to know what them being mexican has to do with cat eating? And how do you know it wasn't whitey that ate your cat or maybe it died or ran away or something?

Maybe they ate her cat. And they're Mexican.

If both are true, then it makes the statement totally inoffensive. If either are false... well, Buttah'll punch somebody, I'm thinking...

LOL. Y'see, my dads family is mexican. From San Antonio, before that, Mexico. It drives me crazy how racist people around here are to them. They sit and crack on them in my presence because I'm a white girl and it irritates the hell out of me. How d'ya think I got this lovely dsl's and thick hair? LOL

Not all mexicans are migrant farm workers or work at Jalisco. Some have degrees, work at universities, just like any white man.

very true. we have a good friend who, has three degrees. although, he said that im more mexican than he is (so did some cute 1/16 mexican girl...). i took it as a compliment.

no no, by no means am i racist, or was this a racial slur. i don't understand how you can hate someone just because of the color of their skin or by what country they came from. the mexicans next door really did eat my cat...honest.

If you really need to find the kitty a home, pm me. We have a big yard in a nice, enclosed community with lots of other felines. If it gets picked on, there's always the Dial. I've found homes for dozens of animals there over the years.
