Asheville - Fifth Circle

Anyone else thinking of going to the Fifth Circle tonight?

I don't have any pirate clothes, but I thought I might check it out anyway. Being in Atlanta most of the past year, I haven't really had a chance to check the place out.

Me, too! :(

I like options.

Does DWSC have a wave pool and is it as good as Ogle's? I think that was my favorite thing there. I love fighting those waves :).

Btw, it sure has been raining a lot lately.

Any Johnson City people going to Sanctus ..

... Or Tri-Cities people for that matter who could possibly give me a ride. I want to go down this week, but I'm not completely sure about my car at the moment. It's been acting a little strange. And in any case, better to split gas costs anyway :)

You wouldn't happen to remember where that article is, would you? I'd like to read it. I really don't much about the "SPFs"; I just know I don't want to experience the pure misery of second degree burns again so I have always used the strongest sunscreen I could find. Interesting enough, I actually ...

Just out of curiosity, what type of work requires a tan?

Or did you mean that's he tanned from work?

No one. But as for me, I don't like tans and I burn easily. I wasn't really sure why BDC thought that it was "ungoth", however, and I am merely suggesting that if it is because everyone will get a tan - then there's an easy remedy. But, you're right, no reason a goth can't have a tan. Though, it is ...

I'm not sure why goths are supposed to behave and conform to a set of rigid stereotypes. Water parks are fun. How is fun not goth? Are we really supposed to sit around, not talk to anyone, and be depressed all of the time?. I just can't see the point in that. Nothing ungoth about going to a water pa...

Chattanooga is a ways off from Johnson City. I might as well go to White Water in Atlanta if I'm going down that far (I kinda half live in Atlanta at the moment - and half in JC)

And that sucks that Ogle's got shut down. Competition is good. Too bad they couldn't really compete with Dollywood.

Or is Ogle's even still open? Someone told me they thought it closed down because of DW Splash Country.

:(

I haven't been down there in maybe two years.

Gothic Water Park

Ok ... so none of those exist; but say you were going to a water park in the area; which would you choose: Ogle's or Dollywood Splash Country?

(I think we can assume WetLands in Jonesborough is not in the running)

My only goals in life are to find love and spark cultural revolution; since jobs don't necessarily lead to the first, the "cultural revolution" thing seems to be the guiding thought behind all "dream jobs". I want to be in a position where I can change things somehow. So with that in mind: 1. Fictio...

I thought [Vanilla Ice] was early 90's Yeah, but his claim to fame was ripping off Queen's "Under Pressure" which was released in the early 80's, so he almost counts. And how come no body is giving swatches any love? What I wouldn't do to have about 8 or 9 swatches on my arm every now and then! I m...

I'm going to second Coor's suggestion for The Cunts, since it's a girl punk rock band and that name is catchy and sounds punk-rockish. If you're friend is not Ok with that, then she's not cut out to be in a punk rock band; that's all there is to it. (unless of course, by "punk rock", you really mean...

Well, the odds of me being there are maybe 1 in 6 (I might stop by on the way up to Johnson City), but just in case, it would warm my heart if some Lovage was played :D .

Maybe "To Catch A Thief", but any Lovage at all really.

First off I never said that I hadn't read the bill. I assumed it since when I provided a link to the bill, you assumed the link was a Federal site and not a state site. Since you seemed quite unaware of how to locate the bill, one could logically conclude you had not read it (or if you did read it ...

What kind of legislator would leave something like that out and not notice? Considering the fact that over 50 items were up for a vote that day, a hell of a lot. And the original bill (the one I might add you still haven't bothered to read) didn't mention piercing so it was irrelevant then. People ...

From the way that it was written I presumed, that was what you were speaking about. Thus, another point. People take things in differant ways. Which is how bills get passed Enlighten me. How was it was written that would have lead one to assume otherwise? And the fact that people take things in dif...
