Pan's labyrinth - A must own for everyone.
36th Chamber of Shaolin - Finally, a super transfer for this martial arts classic. Commentary by the Rza!
Einsturzende Neubauten - Palast Der Republik - Amazing, very well shot EN concert. Fantastic sound. If you're a fan, you need this.

Fockin' Begbie!

Edit - 1st 2/3 of 28 Days Later rocked. Once the military presence was introduced, it went downhill fast. It was a great looking film though and I plan on catching this one. Advance word is pretty tasty.

I'd love to man, but a 5 hour drive to Atlanta on a Wednesday? It just ain't gonna happen. My vacation time is all parceled out for the rest of the year. Should be a very cool show though. I higly recommend anyone living closer to catch this, take a lot of pictures, and tell me all about it!

OK. That's pretty fucking cool. I've seen some reissues from him lately, but I didn't know he was still performing. If someone can attend, please post a review.

me and miz kitty were pretty fucking pleased. death proof shoulda been first though. its good but not good enough to follow up planet terror. I disagree. Death Proof had a better ending. Planet Terror's was good, but too predictable. With ya 100% When that round house hit, and "the end" f...

Zappa and Balance for me. Maybe John Balance moreso. Both left a large body of work, but I can't help but feel Balance had so much more left to create, and that he left us much too soon.

Huge fan of the Swans and Gira's solo projects / Angels of Light. But Jarboe. Not so much. I own a couple of CD's: Her Red single, moreso for the Foetus remix than anything else. And the solo she put out along with Gira's Drainland. But I'm not a big fan of her contributions to Swans. It's all about...

I'm sorry. But this is censorship of geological facts. This isn't teaching the theory of evolution in school. This is making people say they don't know that the grand canyon was formed millions of years ago when the studies have been done to prove that fact. This is disinformation at its worst. Mak...

Nice. I'm not really one for remakes, but that is exactly who I would want cast in the lead. Now, if they would just make it in glorious black and white with all of the atmosphere of the original. American Werewolf In London and Wolf were fine updated werewolf movies. I'd like to see them keep this ...

Preacher - Where it belongs - New HBO Series

Just saw this tidbit. The production team is not the greatest, but they've got one hell of a story to work with, and HBO generally does a good job with its shows, so let's hope for the best! From Washingtonpost.com HBO hears word, brings 'Preacher' to small screen By Borys Kit Reuters Wednesday, Nov...

Looney Toons Collection . sweeet....how are they packaged, how many episodes on a disc? Packaged 4 discs to a set. 3 sets available. Expensive. You'll have to check Amazon for the episode listings. Did not care much for sets 2 and 3 due to entire discs of Road Runner (Same joke, repeat ad nauseum) ...
