THREE Seasons of Doctor Who!
Amazing news! At the press launch for the season finale of Doctor Who: Season One, it was announced that the BBC has authorized a THIRD season of the show even before filming of Season Two begins! Plus, there will be hour-long Christmas episodes in 05 & 06! What an amazing time to be a geek. Eve...

Doctor Who!
I'm all for a Doctor Who meetup. May I hereby offer my apartment for a possible video watching? It's in Oak Ridge, but spacious and well-equipped for media.
Also, I have all the episodes up to 12 & 13 on DVD!

ROCKY HORROR Live in Asheville - Road Trip???
Hey, I saw an amateur production of "The Rocky Horror Show" (the play, not the film) in Asheville this past weekend, and it kicked ass!
Would anyone be interested in road-tripping this Saturday to catch the final 10:30pm show? It's $20 in advance.

I prefer corn chips, myself
It's like when you see someone else's kid eating paint chips, and you want to tell them to stop, for their own good, but it's not your place, so you just let them eat the deadly, mind-eroding paint chips... So ... you WOULD let the kid eat paint chips? Careful, you'll get expelled from The Babysitt...

Movies for Sale-Nosferatu, Army of Darkness, Alien
I have three VHS videos for sale. These are the wide-screen versions of the films, and each one is in a heavy-duty plastic case. I'm asking $5 per tape - cheap! NOSFERATU - the 1979 remake with Klaus Kinski, in English. The cover art alone is worth it! ARMY OF DARKNESS - the director's cut. ALIEN - ...

TN County to outlaw queers - NOT A JOKE
Dayton County, TN is actually trying to outlaw queers. m To think that my family used to all laugh over the backwardness of the Scopes Trial, and congratuate ourselves on how far little old Tennessee has come. I guess new ideas really DO take a while to soak in some places. What I want to know is, a...

Shalka
Personally, I think the webcast is kind of crappy. The Shalka themselves are good monsters, but the dialogue, acting and animation are pretty dire IMO.
However, the DVD will be released in the US, so you don't need special conversion to see it.

Top Ten Fright Flicks
Here are my top eleven favorite horror movies, in chronological order. BRIDE OF FRANKENSTEIN You'll be amazed at how goth, homo & funny it is ISLAND OF LOST SOULS Dr Moreau, in the only version worth watching. The opening is a bit slow, but wait till they get to the island, then hold on to your ...

Great Show
Great show! It was awesome to hear Tolkein himself chanting. As for that piece of music being stolen, it's highly unlikely. It's either been licensed for use in the trailers / movies, or the composer himself doesn't feel like it's close enough to his to do anything about it. Studios very often use e...

Kids LOVE It
Kids love this show ... the two shows we've had for Middle School / High School audiences (at 9:30am ... oy!) have been our liveliest and most entertaining. And YOUR kids, JaNell, should find it especially entertaining! Come see me dressed as a big funky muppet eating people whole! And stick around ...

I'm down! Armed with many tapes & DVDs ... hey maybe we can do a Dr Who virgin cheer a la Rocky Horror. I say nix on The Five Doctors though ... what's the point of a nostalgic reunion show for someone who's never seen it? I say Robots of Death or Stones of Blood or Carnival of Monsters or somet...
