Cafe Noir is a nice and cozy place that no one bothers you for the most part (except that one guy that left me the little pamphlet on going to hell that day). The staff is very friendly and most of the regulars are too. The fish tank and comfy couch add a little "homeyness" to the place. They also have a wide variety of board games and such that you are free to play with. There is one that is quite funny, and I'll edit this as soon as I remember the name.

The syrups aren't bad...I think they use Torani for the most part, but the variety is somewhat slim compared to other places.

Prices aren't bad...a little cheaper than 11th, I believe, and I haven't found a coffee of any type I don't like from there.
