Most of the clothing on the following sites come with a price; however, there are some beautiful clothes on all of them (IMO). I've used several of these just to get ideas for other outfits.

http://www.yosa.com/
Those that know me, know that this would have to be one of my favorite sites. The dresses are just gorgeous but incredibly expensive.

http://www.galleryserpentine.com/
They have some beautiful clothing designs and corsets. The PVC bustle skirt has to be my favorite from that one though.

http://www.babyssb.co.jp/
I don't really fit the Japanese Lolita style, but this site has got some great clothing for it. The whole site is in Japanese, so if you can't translate it, the pictures are still worth a look.

http://www.corinthias.net/
They have some beautiful victorian clothing on this site.

And Frostmourne already mentioned another one I love.
http://www.amfkorsets.com/
There are some great corsets for the cyber look on there.

And of course for my platform boot fetish, there is always the popular
http://www.pennangalan.co.uk/
As easy as I break the heels on shoes, I could never bring myself to purchase a pair of those, but they are wonderful to look at.
I'm not wicked. I'm just viciously mischievous.

I second Dracinabox... good choice!

But, excluding the sites that have already been mentioned:

http://www.crimsonempress.com/

http://www.fairygothmother.co.uk/ (Ugh, the majority of decent goth and/or cyber sites are foreign, unfortunately.)

http://www.goodgoth.com (Love the corsets and dresses.)

http://www.manicpanic.com (Good 'ol manic panic for make-up, hair dye, and accessories.)

I love drooling over heavy red and pennangalan. Ooooh if I had the money...*sigh*

The only ones I like that I don't see on the list are subculturearray.com (There's a really nice necklace there!) and http://www.spookyboutique.com/ They have an absolutely huge selection of tights, and some other nice things.

Spooky Boutique has a REALLY BAD rep. Read the AGF FAQ, there are a lot of people that have been screwed by them. It's a shame, because the site itself is really cute.

This isn't a goth site but if you are willing to dig through the pages you can find some really kick ass boots and shoes. The stock seems to change a little every once in awhile so it's not all the same old crap all the time. I ordered a pair of shoes from here for Halloween and got them in about a week. Pretty high quality pair, which surprised me since they were only $15. Mostly womens shoes and some styles don't have a large range of sizes but all in all definately worth your time if you don't have a buttload of money to spend on shoes.
