That really sucks. I haven't been to their site in quite some time...but I always thought they had cute shirts and stuff!

I read this over and if I had to guess, I'd bet that one person there is handling the bulk of the orders and customer communication, and is pocketing the money on the occasional order. As they have not even responded to the Better Business Bureau on 27 of the complaints, Then that is's probably the same person who is receiving the inquiries.

If the owner is not the culprit then they are getting screwed by an employee - more from lost business than anything.

Of course, scenario #2 is one person got pissed and got all their friends to complain...that's a lot of work though - I don't think I have that many friends that would do that kind of thing.....

Yeah, I have heard alot of places show complaints. And it's not simply from the report, but from actual experience. Apparently, it went downhill (coming from accounts of long-term customers), and now that it has, several people I have personally talked to did produce some of the complaints.
I would say, at least 8 or 10 folks have actually admitting to putting in complaints, based on personal experience.
